The National Ringette League (NRL) is set to welcome a new team, the Rocky Mountain Rage, who are preparing for their debut in the fall of 2025. The franchise recently marked a significant milestone by unveiling its official team logo and announcing its coaching staff.
Chris Kelly, currently the head coach of the Zone 2 U19AA Blaze, has been appointed as the inaugural head coach for the Rage. Joining him on the coaching staff will be Leigh Sauer, who brings experience from her past two seasons with the University of Calgary Ringette team, and will serve as the assistant coach.
The team's new logo was revealed by Jen Rice, a member of the Rage's founding committee, during a team event held on May 3rd.
